La Patti is the name of the Company and the real surname of Barbara Patti, a perfect Logo name that is easily remembered and invokes the idea of a “friendly touch”.
Barbara was born and lived in Milano until four years ago when she decided to follow her husband to the Marche region, in the center of Italy.
In her career, Barbara has worked for 7 years in the Milano “High Fashion show” business, and in 1995 was hired by the multinational company, IBM.
She was chosen to participate in the International Administrative Management sector as her first job.
In 2000, she was sent on an international assignment for 1 year to Germany, to work in the SAP development and implementation project, and then sent for six months to Orleans in France, followed by another six months in Hanover.
In 2002, Barbara was chosen to work in the “Marketing & Communication” sector, where she learned all the marketing disciplines: data quality, advertising, e-mail campaigns, call, face-to-face, O2O, B2B and many others.
In 2003, she was nominated to be an Event Manager where she organized and planned Incentive Events, Red Carpet Events, CEO and CIO Events, Workshops, Roadshows, Corporate Teambuilding, Gala Dinners, etc. 
In 2008, she was nominated to be responsible for the Italia Congress Center of the company, in which she organized and planned all the events with customers such as Coca-cola, Heineken, Brums & Brummel and many important Italian Banks and Universities.

In 2015, following the transfer to the Marche region, Barbara acquired her Wedding Planner Certification and a Digital Marketing specialization, updating and added to her competencies social media marketing, video and advertising, e-commerce, analytics, web details and visual merchandising
